Das sind deine Aufgaben

Leadership mit Purpose: Du führst ein kleines Team aus SEA-/SEO – Spezialist:innen, förderst Know-how, Feedbackkultur & Growth Mindset.
Projektmanagement & Key-Account-Management: Du steuerst Kundenprojekte im Bereich SEA/SEO – von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung.
Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs SEA/SEO: Du gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft unseres Leistungsportfolios – durch neue Produkte, smarte Prozesse und fachliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams.
Kampagnenstrategie & Umsetzung: Du entwickelst und betreust SEA/- und/oder SEO-Kampagnen, speziell für die Hotellerie.
Reportings & Analyse: Du überwachst die relevanten KPIs und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen für dich und dein Team ab.
Wissensvermittlung: Du teilst dein Wissen in Workshops und Schulungen mit Kunden – praxisnah und mit Begeisterung.

Das bringst du mit

Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium (z. B. BWL, Medien, Informationswissenschaften oder Tourismusmanagement) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung im Gepäck.
SEA-/SEO-Expertise: Du bringst 3–5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich SEA und/oder SEO mit – von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung.
Leadership auf Augenhöhe: Du hast bereits erste Verantwortung übernommen – als (stellvertretende:r) Teamleitung oder Projektlead – und hast Lust, weiterzuwachsen.
Tool-Kompetenz: Mit Tools wie Sistrix, Screaming Frog & Co. kennst du dich aus und probierst gerne Neues aus, um deine Arbeit noch smarter zu gestalten.
KI-Drive: Du begeisterst dich für KI-Tools und neue Technologien, bringst eigene Use Cases mit und nutzt KI weit über ChatGPT hinaus.
Analytischer Blick: Du liebst Zahlen, kannst Daten interpretieren und daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ableiten.
Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest strukturiert, genau und eigenverantwortlich – und behältst auch in komplexen Projekten den Überblick.
Lern- & Entwicklungsfreude: Du willst dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln und bringst Offenheit für Neues mit.
Kommunikationsstärke: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen, Partnern und Kund:innen – national wie international.

Your tasks

Leadership with purpose: You lead a small team of SEA/SEO specialists, promote know-how, feedback culture & growth mindset
Project management & key account management: You manage customer projects in the area of SEA/SEO - from strategy to implementation
Further development of the SEA/SEO division: you actively shape the future of our service portfolio - through new products, smart processes and the professional development of your team
Campaign strategy & implementation: You develop and manage SEA and/or SEO campaigns, especially for the hotel industry
Reporting & analysis: You monitor the relevant KPIs and derive recommendations for action for you and your team
Knowledge transfer: You share your knowledge with customers in workshops and training courses - practically and with enthusiasm

Your profile

Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree (e.g. in Business, Media, Information Science or Tourism Management) or have a comparable vocational qualification.
SEA/SEO Expertise: You bring 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEA and/or SEO – from strategic planning to operational execution.
Collaborative Leadership: You've already taken on initial responsibility – as a (deputy) team lead or project lead – and are eager to grow further in this role.
Tool Proficiency: You're confident working with tools like Sistrix, Screaming Frog & co. – and you love experimenting with new ones to work even smarter.
AI Drive: You're passionate about AI tools and new technologies, bring your own use cases to the table, and apply AI far beyond ChatGPT.
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data, can interpret numbers effectively, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Organisational Talent: You work in a structured, accurate, and independent way – even when things get complex, you stay on top of everything.
Willigness to Learn: You’re motivated to grow – both professionally and personally – and bring a genuine openness to learning and development.
Communication Skills: You’re fluent in both German and English and enjoy working with colleagues, partners, and clients – nationally and internationally.
