Werkstudent Accounting (m/w/d)

Intern / Student, Part-time · Munich

Your tasks
  • Contract Management: You prepare contracts for our existing customers and process signed contracts for invoicing.
  • Accounting: You handle incoming and outgoing invoices, invoice corrections, and payment reminders.
  • Administrative Support: You assist with dunning procedures, process recharges to customers, and take care of the team’s travel expense reimbursements.
  • Projects: You contribute to the further development of our pre-accounting processes, e.g. by actively supporting projects related to the potential inhousing of our financial accounting, assisting with the implementation of our new CRM system, and much more.

Your profile
  • Education: You are currently studying a degree program in business, tourism, hospitality, or a comparable field.
  • Accounting Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of accounting, ideally with experience using accounting systems such as DATEV.
  • Work Style: You work in a structured and process-oriented way and are characterized by reliability and discretion.
  • Tool Affinity: You are comfortable working with digital tools and are proficient in MS Office – especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Language Skills: You have fluent German and good English skills.
